Mindfulness skills help us as individuals, as teams and as organizations to face our challenges and recognize opportunities in the moment. Join me for a live YouTube guided mindfulness meditation on Sunday, February 21 at 2:00 PM EST. Using a mindfulness technique, we will explore how to prepare for the week ahead and build the skills of clarity, concentration and equanimity.

Whether you have experience with meditating, are new to it or don’t have any experience at all, all are welcome. You can follow along during the practice or simply observe and get a feel for the process.
