Kenneth is a public relations manager at The Walt Disney Company. His career journey covers more than 20 years of experience with public relations, stakeholder communications and customer service best practices.
Prior to joining Disney, he managed the public relations department at Visit Florida (the Sunshine State’s official destination marketing organization) and oversaw communications and consumer PR for Discover the Palm Beaches in Palm Beach County.
Before launching his public relations career, Kenneth sharpened his customer service acumen while working at The Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons in Palm Beach, and The Brown Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky.
Kenneth works with leaders and teams to develop the skills that support productivity, workplace resilience, stress management, genuine customer experiences and mindful leadership.
He is a member of the Florida Public Relations Association and is trained as a certified mindfulness coach in the Unified Mindfulness System. Based in Orlando, he works with clients in person and virtually.
