Kenneth Morgan-Schleuning

As a communication consultant and content writer, Kenneth helps his clients scale their internal and external communication, create strategies that align tactics with business goals and engage audiences with strategic and informative storytelling.

As a certified mindfulness coach, he customizes workshops and training programs for corporate teams, and one-on-one sessions for leaders, to teach the mindfulness skills that improve corporate culture, deepen genuine customer service values and foster empathic and resilient leadership.

Kenneth’s career journey covers more than 20 years of experience with public relations and marketing campaigns, stakeholder communication and customer service best practices at top-tier global brands, including The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and The Walt Disney Company.

Kenneth joined Disney’s public relations team in 2019. Prior to that, he managed the public relations department at VISIT FLORIDA (the Sunshine State’s official destination marketing organization) and oversaw communication and public relations for Discover The Palm Beaches in Palm Beach County.

Before he launched his public relations career, Kenneth wrote feature articles for the Palm Beach Daily News and other publications. He gained his customer service acumen while working at The Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons in Palm Beach, Florida, and The Brown Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky.

Based in Orlando, Florida, he works with clients in Florida and throughout North America. He is also available to serve international clients. He is a member of the board of directors with the Florida Public Relations Association Orlando Area Chapter and is a certified mindfulness coach in the Unified Mindfulness System.

At the end of 2020, Kenneth completed a crisis management certification program with the University of South Florida, focusing on issues and solutions to management and business challenges in the hospitality industry during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
